The traitor thief and hacker who had been running the Phoenix Tears website

Posted by:

Back in 2008 shortly after we put out Run From The Cure, I was contacted by a man who lives in New Mexico named Pamajee Singh – who goes by the nickname of simply, “Pami”. Pami told me that many years ago he had been a programmer for IBM and he said he would be happy to redesign our website So already being very busy with what I was doing I allowed him to take on the task. He seemed to do a decent job redesigning our site and told me he would be happy to take care of it for us. Leaving me and others who were closely involved, with only the emails to deal with. For quite some time this arrangement seemed to be working out quite well. But in the late fall of 2010 some problems began to appear concerning the emails that were coming in and often they were not reaching me

So I contacted Pami to find out what was going on and he said he would look into it and let me know. I was still working on the manuscript for the book I was writing and I mentioned to Pami that I had also written about him. But Pami said that he would prefer that I didn’t do this, which I found very strange. After playing the role he had concerning our web site, why would he not want to have his name mentioned in my book. To me something didn’t smell right about all this, but at the time I still didn’t know what was taking place. A couple of days later Pami got back to me and said he couldn’t understand why I was having problems getting the emails. But during the time I had been waiting for his reply, it seemed the issue had resolved itself, since we had again began receiving them.

The time I was allowed to spend in the European Union was just about up again. So on January 7th 2011 , one day before my time expired in the EU I left for Croatia. Before I had left the Czech Republic I received an email that led me to believe that Pami was involved with people who were supplying oil. I am not involved with anyone who is supplying this oil, because I don’t know the quality of the oil they are providing. So this situation made me very uncomfortable with Pami running my site. So I contacted Pami and told him under the circumstances I felt it might be best that I take control of the site again myself. Pami didn’t seem to have any objections and said I was free to do so anytime I liked, so I started to think that possibly I might be over reacting.

But once I finally got settled into where I am currently staying, I got back on line and started receiving reports that something was wrong with the site. It seems that now the Phoenix Tears site was infected with malware, but with my limited knowledge of computers and web sites, I didn’t even know what malware was. Also practically everything that had been on the site was now deleted so I didn’t know what to do. In one of my emails to The Phoenix Tears Foundation, I mentioned to Janet Sweeney that there was a problem with my site. But luckily for me Janet had a solution. She told me that Scott Allen had been doing some great work on their sites and she thought that he would be happy to deal with the problems I was having.

So I got in touch with Scott and he went to work to get the site back up and running again properly and in no time Scott was able to rid the site of the malware problem. Then Scott contacted me back about many email addresses concerning the site that I knew nothing about. One of these email addresses had 4100 unanswered emails and I was totally shocked. Of course by the time I got wind of all this, many of these emails had been sitting there for quite some time. Due to the workload I was already under, all I could do was to tell Scott to dump them, since it would be impossible for me to handle all the extra work. I then asked Scott to get rid of all those addresses that I knew nothing about and to go back to just one email address for the site. So Scott went to work to set things strait and I began to wonder what has been going on here.

About the same time all this had occurred, I received a report that Pami had tried to sell an oil treatment to a patient for ten thousand dollars. Then everything clicked into place and it was more than obvious that Pami had been pulling a scam. Then the full horror of what had been going on here dawned on me. Just like so many others Pami was using my name and site, to try to fill his pockets off sick and suffering people. I already knew that Pami was connected to others that supplied oil, so for all intents and purposes they had used me and my site to try to rip people off. Now I could only wonder about the number of people Pami and his criminal friends had shafted.

If you know anyone who received their oil through Pami Singh or the Phoenix Tears web site, please be aware that I played no role in its production, nor did I profit from any transactions that may have taken place. The evil within such people is truly beyond belief, they don’t give a damn about the patient, all that is important to them is their greed. But now you will know the truth about what has happened, no matter if people like Pami Singh like it or not.

I am a very bad person to cross, especially when it comes to stealing money from people with life threatening conditions like cancer. Pami Singh has proven to me that he is evil to the bone and he is also a complete fool for ever crossing me. I have taken on our whole corrupted system over the issue of this medicine, did this idiot actually think that he was just going to walk away, after doing what he had pulled. I have many supporters in the Seik and Indian community, who have used this oil to deal with their medical problems. Once these people understand what Mr Singh has done, I expect that it will be no longer safe for him to even show his face. I also want the public to know that Pami runs an outfit called near magic and he sells something called ultimate healing oil. Knowing what I do now about him, I strongly suspect his near magic is a rip off too. In one of the last conversations I had with Pami, before I became wise to what he was doing. He told me that he had just purchased a secluded piece of property in Colorado, I now suspect that he did this so he might have a place to hide. But being the oh so smart criminal he is, he did not have enough sense to keep his mouth shut about it. He may be good with computers and criminal activities, but that’s about all.

If you want more proof to back up what I am saying about this man, here it is. Lately I was contacted by a supporter asking me if I had anything to do with a site called wwahc.com. When I went to this site and I didn’t like what I was seeing. There was a bunch of nonsense about this site having picked up where Phoenix Tears had left off. As I read through it I came upon a statement that said please pray for Rick in his hour of need. I expect this statement was put there to try to make the public believe that I was connected to this site, so it would be easier for them to sell their so called products. After reading through it I figured that Pami and his criminal friends had to be involved, so Scott looked into the matter. Sure enough the trail led right back to Pami, instantly Janet Sweeney went to work and had the site shut down. So from where I stand it seems apparent that Pami infected my site with malware, so he could put up this new site and continue on with his little charade.

He knew that I was not much good with computers, so I expect he must have thought that I would never catch on. What he didn’t expect was the number of supporters I have, who are prowling the internet looking for just such sites. Pami was perfectly correct in thinking that I would be none the wiser and if it were not for the talents of Scott. It would have taken me a very long time to get Phoenix Tears up and running again if ever, given the mess the site was in when Pami handed it back to me. Pami you are a hacker and the poorest example of a human being I have ever met. You have stood in the way of the cure for cancer and I expect that one day very soon someone will show you in a very brutal way, Just how much they appreciate what you have done. So don’t bother saying anymore prayers for me, you had better start saying them for yourself. Although I had little to do with what has gone on, other than being dumb enough to have put any trust in this man. I do apologise to anyone that he may have harmed, and I hope his manipulations have not affected too many people.

Yours Truly,

Rick Simpson
